Our gruyere is distinguished for its intense aroma, its pleasant sweet taste and its low salt content. The traditional way of making it continues even today. Produced exclusively from fresh pasteurized 100% Greek sheep milk of our region, traditional rennet and salt. No other preservatives or additives. It is a hard cheese rich in nutrients that should be present in our diet. Each head of gruyere goes through our hands for at least three months every day to reach the peak of its taste. It stands out from any other gruyere and this is evident from its pale yellow color, its soft texture and the irregular round holes all over its surface. It accompanies your daily table perfectly.
